My rank in UPSEE is 4.7 k obc and general rank is 16 k is there any chance to get IET lucknow or KNIT Sultanpur for Civil branch

Based on your rank there is very rare chance to get admission in these Colleges. But you can look for other government Colleges :

You can look for these government Colleges. You can get admission in these Colleges based on your rank. It also depends on the cutoff list. As it vary from year to year . In IET the cutoff rank for Civil engineering is 2095-2694. You can apply for Chemial engineering but have to wait upto last round of counselling to get a seat. KNIT closing rank are very low near to 2k. Whiich will be more difficult. Better join IET which is a top college and There is high scope in chemical engineering also. There are lost of government and private jobs available for the branch.
