Hey Atul,
Congratulations on qualifying UPSEE. Years the chances for you are high as most high Scoring students general don't prefer AKTU as they prepare for IIT in Normal scenarios. Still IET is Not less then a NIT. You can get IET in 1st or 2nd Round itself. I can't tell you about what branches but chances are high you can try for BIET KNIT OR top RECs they are the same as IET.
