my rank is 24436 in neet ews(female) in neet. is it good rank for government college in uttarakhand by state quota or should i drop 1 year to improve my rank?

Hope you are doing well. With an AIR of 24,436 you can easily get a government medical college through State quota counselling in Uttarakhand in 2021 given that you belong from EWS category.
This year the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally. So I'll mention the cutoffs and closing AIRs of various government medical colleges in Uttarakhand through the state quota counselling :
