My rank is 284 in pu ba llb , chances to get uils chandigarh?

Hello,
One important factor which contributes effectively in deciding your centre is your category. You have not specified your category anywhere. But just to give you an idea for a general candidate it's safe to secure a rank between 120 to 150 in the final merit list to get I to the chandigarh campus in the first round of councelling itself . If you are from a reserved category then it goes up to 300 rank based on your category.
So if you are a general candidate then you might not get the chandigarh campus in the first councelling .You can try for the same in the subsequent councelling rounds.

There is only one counselling for uils chandigarh i.e on 24 july ...
Sorry to interrupt but I have got 669 rank in general category is there any chance for uils Chandigarh and other regional centres?

Being a general candidate, With 284 rank it would be difficult for you to fetch a seat in the chandigarh campus. You can look out for some regional centres.
