for your rank you have no chances to get EEE/Civil at VIT University vellore Campus!
Because at vellore campus only top 20,000 rankers are invited! After their counselling if there is any admission left! Then you may get

Unfortunately, closing rnaks are within 30000 as per trends and hence there are very less chances this year for Electrical and Civil engineering at VIT Chennai.
Incase the cutoff goes low , then you might have some chances with Civil engineering.
