Based on your rank of CMR 5969 and OBC 1765 it's not possible to get seat in NIFT as last year in OBC category the last rank admitted was CMR 4647.
The last rank admitted in OBC category for leather designing was 4612 and knitwear designing was 3748.
You can apply for 2nd counselling. There may be chances to get a seat.
You can also try in other private colleges like pearl academy, ISDI, symbiosis, MIT, UID, FDDI which are also top ranked colleges.

Nift 2019 closing ranks will be released on the month of may/June in the mean time aspirants can check below Nift cutoff of 2017 and 2016 admissions for all the offered programs across all the campuses.
