My relative score is 380 sc category in Rajasthan any chance for bds or bams in govt medical College please suggest

As per 2018 the cut off marks for Government Dental college was 429 for SC category which is expected to increase this year .
And for BAMS the expected cut off this year will be around 380 , which means that your relative has 50-50 chances of getting BAMS .
Your relative will easily get a seat in private college for BDS and BAMS .
