my sc category rank is 253 in jipmer so in which round i get college

Hello Bhavishya!
If cutoff remains similar to last year then you may get seat at least by the end of counselling process. Last year the cutoff for SC category for all rounds was around 318 category rank. Even a slight deviation won't affect the cutoff much.
