My sc rank is 225 and my score is 102.25 in jenpauh. Am I eligible to get governmental college? Kindly answer this question.

It would have been better if you would have mentioned your general rank along with this query so that I could give you suggestions. You will be given a seat based on your general rank and belonging to a special category just gives you the advantage of reserved seats.
