My sc rank is 4591 and general rank is 52000 in wbjee can I get into government college of engineering and ceremic technology?

Yes you have a good chance of getting government college of engineering and ceramic technology, try filling counselling in correct way and wait for your turn you may not get it in first round but go for upgradation, you have high chances.

But even after the 2nd round of counselling I did not get government college of engineering and ceremic technology. How much chances are there for getting in the 3rd round?

As the cut-off for this college is slightly high, but as you belongs to SC category, you can get admission in this college.
