my seat was cancelled in round 2 due to not uploading proper obc ncl certificate and got converted to general to participate in further rounds.if i dont get seat till round 5 how do i get my refund back?

If a student is not alloted any seat till the end rounds the fees deposited at the time of registration is usually credited back to account of student the details of which is asked from the student at the time of refunding the amount.
