You don't need to worry about it. You can edit all your details in January 2018 of jee mains application form after logging in into your account.Just wait for 2 or 3 days for notification on jee mains website for correction

Please mention the name of the application form?

If you are asking for JEE Main then you can correct your details at the time of correction date.

Correction date will be start from tentatively in second week of January
