First of all your sister's marks are decent but not enough to get any governement college in all india counselling. Now talking about privte colleges then also your marks are less to get any seat in private medical colleges through all india or state counselling. Because in private colleges also the starting marks should be from 390 or more for general category. Hope you find it useful.
