My sister got 61 percentile in jee exam and belongs to obc category. Please suggest any engineering college with decent fee.

Your sister scored 61 percentile in JEE Main and belong to OBC category. With such score she cannot get admission in NITs or IIITs. You should better look for some private colleges or participate in state counselling for getting admission in state government engineering colleges to admit her, she might get if possible.
