my son got 66960 rank in TS EAMCET , his status is NON LOCAL. Please advice if BC-E and Minority Certificates will be considered ??

Hey Mohsin, congratulation for your son's rank in TS EAMCET. As his status is non-local, then it is difficult for him to get state quota. As the local or non-local state is only decided by the domicile or the place where your son has completed his 11th and 12th class.
