My son has got 167693 AIR rank....does he have a chance in getting in Chemical engineering in any NITS

You have not mentioned the category, if it's general I'm sorry but there is no chance of getting. If you belong to home state category in Agartala or arunachal Pradesh there is a chance of getting chemical engineering there as the cutoffs crossed 120000. But it is very difficult to get into nits .
