Dear Hussain, he will be eligible for domicile of AP. In Telangana, he will be called non local of AP. As your son was born in AP and you are a native of AP, by default your son becomes a native of AP. To add on, as he is also studying 5 years in AP, he will be eligible for AP domicile and thereby become eligible to participate in AP State NEET counselling.
