My state rank in karnataka is 4210 and air of obc is 49199 plz suggest be better medical college

Based on this NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat under All India Quota seats but you might have the chance to get the state quota seats.

You will be getting a better medical college through your state rank.With no doubt,Bangalore medical college is the best, however it will be a difficult one to get it,and after that all are almost same,so probably gulbarga MC would be a likely one.
