UG ADMISSION

Madras Institute of Technology offers both full-time and part-time engineering degree programs in eight disciplines. Worth mentioning is the fact that the Institute mainly offers BE degree, with B.Tech degree awarded only in two disciplines.

Admission to any of the undergraduate programs offered by the university is subject to merit and rank secured by the candidate in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling. Candidates who have been shortlisted are allotted courses based on merit.
