My UG (B.A English) mark is 47% and PG mark is 60%.can I do MBA in IGNOU? My category is OBC.

Yes, you may apply if you fulfill the eligibility criteria which are as follows:
- Graduation in any discipline with 50 % marks for general category and 45 % for the reserved category with 3 years managerial/supervisory/professional experience .
- Clearance of OPENMAT conducted by IGNOU
