If you Consider last year cutoffs then you can get BCE Bhagalpur with this rank. Last year the closing rank was as follows:
mechanical engineering:-350
Civil engineering :- 700
Electrical engineering :- 500
Electronics and communication :- 800
Computer science and engineering :- 400
