My ward has got 129 in NEET a rank of 5.8lakhs .Will he get a medical college in general category in Mop up last round or NRI sponsor

Sorry to say that the marks you have scored are very low to get a seat in government medical especially if you belong to general category.
But you can try for management quota seat in private medical college under management quota.
However nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure to complete.

According to the cutoff your ward has scored less.
It is impossible to get into government college.
However you can try for NRI quota of private colleges. There he has a chance. Or you can also try for deemed colleges. Getting a seat in mop up round for NRI can be possible. But general category seat in mop up round in not that possible.
Keep trying in NRI quota. Or he can take a drop and study hard for a year.
