my wbjee 2020 rank is 8833 and m from West Bengal ? can I get a chance in heritage ? stream -EE,ECE?

The closing rank for Electrical Engineering in Heritage Institute of Technology was 7325 and the closing rank for Electronic and Communication engineering (ECE) was 5735. The closing rank is much lower tha the rank secured by you. Hence there is no chance for to get Electrical Engineering or ECE there.
