My wbjee rank 14420.... And obcb-674..can I get govt collage like jadavpur or any other collages?????

Considering the OBC rank you scored in WBJEE, you can get into some of the top colleges under WBJEE. For that, I would recommend you to apply for colleges, use you OBC ranking instead of general ranking.
