my wbjee rank is 2200 in 2021 which college should i join iem or calacutta University or what should be my choice filling order

Heritage Institute ofTechnology - 154
Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University ofTechnology - 157
Institute of Engineering &Management - 191
If we consider the ranking then this is the order. Also, Calcutta University is not ranked in NIRF.
