name two types of anaerobic Respiratorion
Hello Aspirant ,
Generally respiration two types
- Aerobic Respiration --- Amount of oxygen sufficient to Respiration.
- Anaerobic Respiration ---- Amount of oxygen very low to respiration .
Anaerobic respiration is two types
- Alcoholic Fermentation .
- Lactic acid Fermentation .
Above both anaerobic occurs when oxygen levels low alcoholic fermentation means glucose to ethanol . Lactic acid purpose glucose into cellular energy it helps to muscle tissue rebuild itself to turn out to be stronger. After long exercise when muscle tissues burn.
I hope you got it !!!!
All the best !!!!
Hello,
Hope you are safe and strong!!
The two main types of anaerobic respiration include
- alcoholic fermentation
- lactic acid fermentation
These two types generally occur when the amount of oxygen is simply too low for cardio-respiration.
Alcoholic respiration converts glucose into ethanol. Here,Glucose is broken down down by glycolysis where 2 ATP are produced. The Pyruvic acid produced will breakdown into ethanol and carbon-di-oxide.This usually happens in human beings.
In animals,Lactic acid fermentation takes place after breakdown of glycolysis. Pyruvic acid is changed into lactic acid and muscle tissue gets broken down by lactic acid.Muscle burn happens usually in lactic acid fermentation that the muscles burn during an intense workout. This makes the muscles themselves to rebuild stronger.
Hope this helps!!
