Dear student,
NCERT books can be useful for only few subjects if I have tell particularly then then they are good for Inorganic chemistry organic chemistry and few chapters of physical chemistry. And in maths u have to solve whole ncert exercise and miscellaneous questions too and solving PYQs and giving mocks can give you edge.
But in physics the NCERT is not so useful so solving any of the books exampler or solved question or exercise one and two along with PYQs can help you. In physical chemistry u can refer few well known books solve it's first two exercise and u will be having command by solving PYQs.
Hope this information helps you. And all the best for the journey ahead...
Hello Aspirant ,
NCERT is enough for the JEE- Mains chemistry only . Around 80% - 85% of questions from chemistry in the JEE - Mains will be from NCERT . If you thoroughly read NCERT of Chemistry, then you will definitely get good score .
But for Physics and Maths , NCERT books are not that enough.
And you have to solve last 10-15 previous year questions paper and definitely join Test series or Mock test.
Hope this will help you.....
