Dear Mr Gupta, The Supreme Court has passed a judgement on Aadhar card constitutional validity in September 2018. According to the judgement, it restricts the government from linking Aadhaar with examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Examination, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for medical entrance and the University Grants Commission. In short, Aadhar card is not mandate for NEET. You may use another document as a proof. Howeer, if you wish to submit Aadhar card only, you can use the current one. The name and age of the photo really do not matter.
