NEET admit card should be printed in colour format and you should make some xerox copy it for future reference. Don't forget to affix a passport size photo to the specified area of the admit card.

It is not mandatory to take the colored print out of the NEET admit card. The admit card of the entrance exam can be printed in black and white ink as well. The colored print out of the admit card is also acceptable but there is no hard and fast rule to take out the colored print out of the admit card for the NEET exam.
