According to previous year allotment results of All India Counselling, the following were the cut off ranks and score for medical colleges under SC category -
So based on this, 520 marks would be safest minimum marks you need to get a government medical college under SC category.
Keep in mind that cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.

1. Level of questions paper
2. Total not of students appeared in exam
3. Category of candidates
4. Total no of seats
So as from previous year trends your score must be above 500 to get good government medical college further the cut off changes every year .
