ews category candidate have 10% seats reservation, but for your information In NEET admission is on the basis of all India rank and not category rank
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
1) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
2) kind of marks obtained by them ,
3) toughness level of the neet examination
4) number of seats available etc.
So you have chances in government medical colleges for MBBS only if your AIR is around at least 12709 otherwise your chances are low.

Can you please help us with your All India Rank and NEET UG 2021 score?
The reason being for asking this is the cut-offs are available in the form of All India Rank and NEET UG score but not in the form of state ranks so it would be very difficult to provide you an accurate information just on the basis of your state rank.
