Hi Lisa.This College Predictor is a data driven tool, and it analyses the past years' data of opening & closing ranks for predicting the result. So, it shows the most probable result regarding the colleges where you may get admission based on your performance. It cannot tell you exact name of the college where you will get admission, as the cutoff trends change every year, but it is helpful in giving you the most correct estimations. Hope it helps.
