NIFT B FTech CMR 1484 and SC Category 81.Trying for NIT B Arch course . Interested to persue any one of them.Pl advise which is better.
You have given your NIFT rank but on the other hand you are talking about B. Arch!
NIFT is for fashion designing & for B. Arch you have to appear for JEE MAINS paper 2.
Those are different. Please make sure what you want to do.

Hey Aspirant, both the courses are well known and reputed in their particular fields.
While B.Ftech is a fashion-oriented course B.arch is an architecture oriented course .
NIFT is the most reputed fashion institute in India and B.arch from any NIT college is also a good option.
Earning immediately after completing the degree can be possible in both courses but only if you manage to study well gain almost everything from what you will study.
You must figure out whether you want to be a fashion designer or architect. This is the best way to compare both the courses.
