As per previous year cut off, it won't be possible to get fashion designing in NIFT chennai with CMR 4186 as the last rank admitted was 1281 in OBC category.

But, you can get fashion designing in NIFT shillong and NIFT srinagar. You may try for other courses as well.

As per the previous years cutoff you have fair chances of getting admission in NIFT Chennai through you category rank .

Every year cutoff changes as the level of the paper changes so there is no certainty  this.
