See there are not much to compare between the colleges. But the main concern and focus must be on the course. If you are more interested in the Research or academics field then going for the Integrated MSc course in Physics will be a very good option for you. You can get quite a good chance in teaching jobs such as for competitive examination like JEE MAins and Advanced coachings of KOTA. Also there are numerous PSU like BARC, DRDO etc which recruits MSc Physics graduates as Scientific Officers.
If you want to go for a field which can give you job and the perspective of the job is the greatest then going for the course of BTech Biotechnology can be a better option for you. This course is more job oriented compared to that of the Integrated MSc Physics.
So depending on your goal you need to choose any of it. Both the fields have amazing opportunities.
