Hello,

NITs being tier 1 colleges always have an edge over the other colleges. And when it comes to placements many good recruiters visit NITs to pick up technical students which also arises good chances for MCA students as well. And to get into NITs for MCA you need appear in an entrance test know as NIMCET and perform well in it.

Now coming to BITs, BIT Mesra offers MCA courses and it is also another good option due to its brand value. You can get a placement easily. Academics will be more focused on theory. In most of the cases, professors will be the same for CSE(engineering) and MCA. So, you will get equal opportunities in case knowledge and placement as well.

MIT and Pune university both are good too in their own ways. Pune university is better when it comes to placements especially if you are a part of its main campus. The M.Tech(CSE), M.Sc CS and the MCA students sit together for placements.

Finally, if you are hardworking and smart you can get the best outputs regardless of the college.

Hope it helps!

All the best.
