Not able to login to SSC Website. Tried using Forgot Password Link but I never receive any otp neither on my Registered Email nor on my Mobile Number. I can't even Register again as it does not allow and gives an error for using the same Matriculation Details. No Response from SSC. What to do now?

I know I'm answering my Question more than a Year Later but this might help someone in the future.

So, the solution for the same issue I mentioned above is, to send an Email to the SSC Helpline Team. You can find the email id from here (https://ssc.nic.in/Portal/RegionalNetwork)

Mention in the email, that you forgot your password and also lost the Registered Mobile Number and Email Id. They will most probably reply in one or two working days asking your Info for Verification. Reply with that info and they will give you the Registration Number and Password using which you can Sign in to your account. Hope this helps.

When we copy registration number and paste it in the websites registration number field, than the special character such as space is also added . so please write manually the number or copy exactly the reg no only till last digit and than paste it in the field. similar is with password also.

try it and you will succeed.

Hello student this might be because of some technical glitch I request you to please open ssc.nic.in in incognito mode and try to forgot password, you'll get your otp on your registered mobile number and email.

In case of you're unable to do it you should contact ssc helpline - 011-24363343, 24367526

Actually it is not your problem, it is the heavy traffic problem on this website of staff selection committee in India. You should wait it a long time to get login in this website. My advice is that you should try I between 2 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. to get login easily.
