now I'm studying in calicut university bcom finance in private firm i cant pay fees so I wnat to change govt college in same course can I do if I do this how to do? if I can't change 4th semester can I change my 5th sem??

Hi there,
It's depends on rules and regulations of college and university that one can change his / her college or not. It's depends on which type of college you are studying and in which type of college you want to take admission. It is advisable for you to contact your college authorities and ask them about procedure of changing college.
If they aallow you to change college then you will need Migration certificate from your college to take admission in other college. For further details, contact your college authorities.
