Know the complete syllabus
The medical aspirants studying for admission to MBBS/BDS/AYUSH courses must be well aware of NEET syllabus. Despite NTA being the new conducting authority of NEET after replacing the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), there are no changes in NEET syllabus and NEET exam pattern. The syllabus of NEET is being implemented after referring the syllabi of several state boards, CBSE, Council Board of School Education (COBSE) and National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT).
NEET syllabus covers topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology) sections with 45 questions in each section, coming up to a total of 180 questions. The offline entrance examination will be of 720 marks with 4 marks for every correct answer and deduction of 1 mark for an incorrect response.
