Yes, other state students can apply for Tamilnadu engineering admission (TNEA) exam.
There are 50 seats which are offered by various departments of Anna University, Chennai, through TNEA to the other state student .
NOTE :
Candidates have to pay thier application form according to thier category unless thier form will get cancel.
