Hello,
It depends on your choice, if you are interested in teaching and research then you can go for Ph.D but if you want to work for MNCs then MBA is the best option.If you can get admission in any top B school like IIMs then you can get a very good placement.
So, ultimately the decision is yours but both are good field.
