I would like to tell you that both ECE and Chemical engineering courses are the core courses and have great importance as well as the placement in both of the cases is really high but still it is all about the institute from which your persuing that whether the the placement scenario of ECE or Chemical is better but yes of course both of them have equal values, but somehow the placement of ECE matters more as compared to Chemical because the Chemical engineering is somehow more related to being a chemist or a doctorate and that's why people don't choose Chemical engineering as much as they do choose ECE, and are is still choosing ECE because the placement and the package is really high and every college has its branch compulsory where is chemical chemical engineering is not in every college so I guess it's better to apply for EC.
