See considering BC-D under OBC category as per the reservation criteria of Telangana state, you will get seat in the Telangana as per the reservation benefits of OBC category.
With such category you should aim for at least 470 marks out of 720 in NEET 2021 the reason being, in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 442 for GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA under state quota for OBC category and we saw an increment of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020.
