Please explain the whole process of stray round councelling of MCC for AIIMS remaining seats after I do a fresh registration for it on thier site?

This round is for those who didn't get their seat in their desired Colleges.
From all India quota counseling to state-level counseling to Mop-up counseling, there are various rounds performed in which all candidates who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria get admission.
