PLEASE HELP ME :( :'( #uptu #upsee #mca I don't paid fee for confirmation [i choose (yes)willingness for upgradation] i thought that i have to submit fee after freeze But i am unable to find any option for pay fee please help me!! Otherwise My this year going to waste !!

This is tough issue but nothing is bigger than a waste of year of student so don't worry submit fees in second round
