Please help me sir, sir me bsc 1 year me failed ho gaya tha , to kya me kisi other college se subject change karke BA kar sakta hu kya sir ???? Me kisi other college me admission lekar exam form apply kar sakta hu kya???

Yes, it is possible for you to change your course from BSc to BA after failing in BSc first year. Many students go through this every year and I understand how upsetting it must be for you. However, I recommend you to connect with the college you are aiming to do BA from and also get your TC from the college you did your BSc from.
