Hello Aspirant,

National Medical Council (NMC) has proposed to scrap off NEET PG and will conduct an Exam known as the National Exit Test (NEXT) .With the NEXT exam , the government of India aims to standardize education in the Medical domain.

NEXT will become operational and will replace NEET PG by 2022 .Students who started their MBBS in 2017 will appear in NEXT for the first time.Though we need to wait for the official confirmation to be sure about it.

Hope it helps
Thank you !!!
