PGDHRM (Post graduate diploma) is equivalent to MBA degree with specialisation in Human Resources. Top colleges offering the same include Xavier University BHubaneswar, XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, IIM Ranchi and MDI Gurgaon. It is a 2 year program with a variety of regular and elective courses around Recruitment, Training, Compensation Benefits, Competency Analysis, Organizational Change, People Behaviour, Employee Engagement, Labour Laws, Industrial Relations & Performance Management. Roles offered during placements include HR consulting, HR business partner, Asst Manager-HR, Senior Executive-HR, etc across consulting, FMCG, PSU, IT/ITES, oil & gas, etc.
