I would recommend you to make your own flow charts. While you have understood a chapter, make an important review flow chart on paper. This way the concepts will be cemented in your memory and you would be able to glide over the chapters really fast. This becomes really helpful while revising.
The effort you'll make right now will help tremendously and earn you a lot of dividends later on.
You could refer to Khan academy and youtube if you don't understand any concept.

It would be always better to make your own notes and talking especially for organic chemistry, for board, try the NCERT based question. Go for the sample papers of previous years for board examination and for the competition level of preparation of organic chemistry, try MCQs and build concepts based on them. Always try to solve the reaction by learning the mechanism of reactions and memorising them and relating them for future related MCQs.
