Please tell how's the difficulty level of mat and atma level it is tough or medium level it is easily manageable?

MAT and ATMA exams are manageable if your basics are clear.Read newspaper regularlyto cover general awareness section.
Qs changes every year.We cannot comment on Question pattern but you are clear with basics then MAT and ATMA is a cakewalk.
